It all started in 2019. Back then, I was living Ajah when it had not developed as much as it has today.

It was still a dry place with a lot less buildings.

So on several occasions, I would see people coming over to check out properties, lands, etc.

And that piqued my interest.

However, I was concerned because there were a lot more people who were getting duped and ripped off their hard earned money by some landowners (Omo onile).

This was a recurring event and some times, I would come across people shouting or fighting over properties.

It didn’t sit right with me. I always felt bad for these victims.

One of the cases that really left an impression was one where somebody bought land that had been marked ‘out of place’ by the government.

The buyer didn’t even know and was sold the property.

There were other cases where some properties were sold way higher than their actual prices.

These issues were what motivated me to want to ‘help’ people get the right property from the right source without any obstacles or problems involved.

It inspired me to start my research.

I checked for good locations and properties, professional developers and established real estate companies were contacted.

Because without doing proper research, I wouldn’t be any different from those who were scamming people.

As a local of the Lekki-Ajah vicinity, knowing the right properties from the wrong wasn’t hard to decipher.

Making money wasn’t my priority. My top priority was to solve problems that I found disturbing.

It made me uncomfortable to see people go through the same property problems.
